In spring various damages in grassland are visible, which should be treated already before vegetation starts: molehills must be flattened, botanical remainings and cow droppings have to be grinded and spreaded and the turf shall be animated to tiller and ventilated by combing. The working intensity of the Tool-Carrier is adjusted by 4 rubber support wheels. The working width of 6 m is hydraulically folded to 3 m transport width. Despite the quite big working width the frame can adjust to bumps in the surface very good. Four big levelling plates are parallel height adjustable via a breadboard. The aggressivity can be adapted by prestressing of the spring and the breadboard-adjustment. The Tool-Carrier can be used solo as well. One can imporve efficiency by putting a grassland-tined-weeder, grassland cultivator or a afterseed-tined-weeder on the 3 point hitch which is standard on the Tool-Carrier. To mount the Tool-Carrier in the front hitch has the advantage that the balance of weight (Tool-Carrier front, Grass-Manager or Pneumaticstar rear mounted) is more equally distributed on the tractor. The big levelling plates do not push the soil of the molehill to the front (therefore they don't smut this part) but cut the molehill down at the solid layer and throw it over the triangle plate upwards. Therefore the mounted machine like tined-weeder or cultivator can spread better, without smutting or harming the turf. |
