Thanks to the specially constructed frame and the different tine varieties an excellent penetrability with an intense soil mixture of the seed bed is reached.

With the spacey fram construction and the different tine varieties the PLAINER is a real allrounder. If a flat or a deep seed bed is desired, with the PLAINER you can always reach an optimally crumbled as well as reconsolidated seed bed.

With the levelling plate as well as the heavy track loosener the surface is levelled. A block on the folding-cylinders makes sure that the PLAINER stays rigid in working position. This way soil uneveness can be balanced with the levelling plate.

The stable front roll, which is also ball-beared, takes over the depth guidance. It is important, that this roll is not spring-loaded, only then an optimal depth guidance can be reached. Different tines, depending on soil consitancy and your demand, guarantee a seed bed preparation all over. The working depth of the tines can be exactly set with the front and the back roll.

With spindle-adjustable mouldboard after the last tine row the seed bed can be exactly levelled.

A good reconsolidation can be reached with the right choice if trailing rolls. Depending on soil condition you can choose between plain- and cylinder shaped roll in one- and two row form.
